Welcome to Baer’s Journey! He is in End Stage Renal Failure due to being born with Chronic Kidney Disease and is needing a Kidney Transplant. He has been under the care of Dell Children’s Hospital in Austin, Texas since birth and recently his transplant care has transferred to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.We may be biased, but we’re pretty sure he is the cutest Kidney Kid around.
